Case History
- 22 year old male
- Received live related renal allograft in February 2008
- Native kidney Disease: FSGS
- Donor : Mother, 46 yrs
- On Triple Drug immunosuppression: Cyclosporine A, steroid, Mycophenolate mofetil
- Baseline creatinine : 1.7 mg%
- On regular immunosuppression
- Presented in August 2008 with asymptomatic rise in serum creatinine from 1.7 to 3.0 mg%
